Moulton is an American chef, cookbook author and television personality as well as a food editor for Good Morning America. She is the host of Sara’s Weeknight Meals on PBS, a public-television network and was one of the founders of the New York Women’s Culinary Alliance.
Sara says, “Since starting on The Food Network years ago, my goal has been to help people get dinner on the table during the work week. Not just cooking to entertain but cooking to keep your family healthy and happy. My latest book, “Everyday Family Dinners” is all about balanced entrees and is full of tips, tricks and strategies for working women. That’s the same direction that I will take when cooking in ‘The Balancing Act’ Kitchen.”
“Our hope is that ‘The Balancing Act’ viewers will take the cooking information that they hear in the mornings and apply it to their evenings, especially when preparing a meal for themselves or their families. Our objective is for the show to add balance to a woman’s everyday life,” says Doug Campbell, Executive VP of Programming for “The Balancing Act.”
“The Balancing Act” is America’s only one hour morning show that´s about women, for women and trusted by women. The show inspires and empowers women with entertaining and educational shows helping to place them in the best position to achieve success in every area of their lives. As a wife, mother, chef and author, Sara will be another amazing woman who demonstrates great “balance” that the show helps its viewers achieve.
